I am not a US citizen and I only worked there for 2 months.What do I do for question 2 that asks for a state of residence?Do I just use the state where I worked?

If you also had income in that state and will need to file a tax return there, choose that state. Otherwise, choose the last option in the drop-down menu "Foreign or U.S. Possession."
