I am married filing jointly and my husband is listed as primary tax payer on our federal return that has already been filed. Is there any issue if our state (MD) return is filed and instead I am listed as the primary?

How are you going to file state? It starts with the federal info. So it should be the same way.

I plan to use the free iFile Maryland system. I created the online account so it made me the primary tax payer instead of my husband and I can't change it.
