I already input the NJ first, then do NY. How to redo with NY first, NJ second. Turbo Tax should be able to do both orders. How to redo with NY first, NJ second?

Go ahead and delete the state returns and then enter them in the correct order: nonresident first. Here is how to delete the state in Windows:

following the suggestion, first removing both NY and NJ state tax form. Then restart NY state tax. the process still do not pick the tax credit from the NJ tax holding. which section can fix this ?
