If you are using TurboTax Online, sign in to the appropriate TurboTax account.

I'm following the instructions provided (add state button, etc.) and it's not working. I can pull up my return to either save as pdf file or print, but this form is not included in the packet. Where/how can I find it?

Form 4562, Depreciation and Amortization, should be in your list of federal forms not in your state forms.

If you didn't depreciate or amortization any assets, TurboTax would not generate this form.

I also would like to download this form. My 2019 Federal return generates a "Form 4562 Depreciation and Amortization Report", but I can't figure out how to locate and print the actual Form 4562. I need this to file my Washington DC taxes can someone help me locate it? Thanks!
