How do I know if my Kansas City return was efiled with my State return?

I just finished the Federal, State, and City forms in the TurboTax app and I can't figure out if the City was e-filed with State? I never got a prompt to print or save my City form, and when I look it only shows Fed & State returns were filed... but I do see the City form included in the State...? I looked in Discussions & Support and it says Kansas City returns can be e-filed (while it says other cities must be mailed). I am confused!

Yes, the city return for Kansas City was included, and was transmitted, with the state return.

There is nothing more you need to do regarding that city return.
