Georgia State Tax does not open after completing Federal taxes

I have on-line Deluxe program . After completing Federal taxes and ready to do Georgia State taxes the program goes through an updating but never opens the Georgia state forms so I can complete the state taxes. Have tried many times and the process repeats as I have described.

After new browser and cookies deleted as advised, there was no change. Does nothing differently than previous explanation. Still cannot get Georgia State filing documents to complete.
