Do I have to file Michigan and Co taxes if I worked 2 months in Colorado and moved to Michigan 10 months ago and retired?

I assume that when you worked in Colorado you also lived in Colorado. You have to file a part-year resident tax return for Colorado. You also have to file a part-year resident tax return for Michigan if you had any income, of any kind, after you moved to Michigan. That would include pension, IRA withdrawal, interest, dividends, or other investment income.

You also have to file a part-year resident tax return for Michigan if you had any income, of any kind, after you moved to Michigan. That would include pension, IRA withdrawal, interest, dividends, or other investment income.
