Go back into the Arkansas interview, and go to "Any Disabled Dependents". Proceed through the interview by answering "yes" to you do have a disabled dependent. You should see a table of dependents (maybe just one).

If you edit the dependent that you want to delete, then uncheck the box "[name] is totally and permanently disabled". This will remove the credit on AR 1000TC.

Note: it is not clear to me that this is working correctly, in that do you get a credit just for listing someone without checking this box; no matter, you can delete their effect on your AR return this way.
