DE Non-Resident State Taxes and forms (Delaware)

While filling out my DE Non-Resident State taxes here on TurboTax, at the end it's telling me some forms aren't ready (PIT-NON, Sch A PIT-NSA). The DE Government Tax site has these forms available to print (but from what I see, you aren't yet able to electronically file directly with DE through their site), so what am I really waiting for - the (e)forms or for DE to open up for filing? I'm confused (obviously).
Thanks -

A number of Delaware forms, including for non-residents, aren’t yet available on TurboTax.

Please see the TurboTax Help article State forms availability table for TurboTax individual (personal) tax products for more information.

With this in mind, I'm even more confused at the fact that, after I filed (transmitted) my Federal and Resident State Tax, and the button came up to "Print Returns," it not only printed Federal and MD State but also DE(!!!). It looked like all the DE forms were there and filled out (I didn't go over it thoroughly). So how did it print the DE returns when it claims those forms aren't ready and I didn't actually file (transmit) DE returns???
