Cannot e-file Oregon taxes due to bogus 1099-Q error

I am using Desktop Deluxe for Mac and keep hitting the following error during the Oregon smart review and now when attempting to e-file:

There is no problem with the 1099-Q in my federal smart review and the name is correct. I paid for Oregon e-file so I would like to be able to complete that process but I am blocked. How can I bypass this error on Desktop Deluxe for Mac?

The issue is being worked on.  There should be fix soon. I suggest you check again on Friday.

I tried again on Friday as suggested and saw the Oregon state download was updated but still no fix to this problem. New ETA on the fix?

From the look of this topic, it seems that people have been told “try again soon” for over a month.

Nice that TurboTax collects my money first and then informs me that there is a glitch in the software that keeps me from filing my return.

The latest information we have available regarding the experience you are seeing with Oregon and Form 1099-Q is that TurboTax Online users are good to go.

But there was a slight delay in the update for TurboTax Desktop users.  Please be sure your software is updated on Monday, March 9 and try again.

I just tried today, 3/9/26. The update did not fix the problem.
