how would I file my taxes so child support don't take all of my 2017 tax return??

    Yes, even though you are making monthly payments for Child Support, the IRS can take your Tax Refund to cover the arrears.

    The Financial Management Service should send you notification of the proposed seizure before it happens.  You can also contact them at 1-800-304-3107 to check with them about any potential refund offsets.
