S Corp returns not avaialable for DC or California

Desktop Version of Turbo Tax Business purchased through a 3rd party vendor (Software Discount USA).  After completing the federal return I attempted to add/purchase the state returns (and I went to the desktop version because I learned TT doesn't offer DC S Corp online) but keep getting an  oops message.   I need returns for CA and DC.  Called support they did a screen share and tried to figure it out but was disconnected after 20 minutes. The second agent told me to uninstall and re-install and do updates.  Did all of that still not luck.   Tried to find a way to buy through the website, also no luck.  On hold right now hoping sales can hook me up.  Anyone else encountered this and have a solution.

According to the TurboTax website for state business forms, the S Corp forms for both California and DC are available - https://care-cdn.prodsupportsite.a.intuit.com/forms-availability/turbotaxbusiness_states_windows_sel...

You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem.

So how do I get them to actually add it.  I have a helpful agent but she's still trying to figure out how they can be added.

First, you should verify that your purchase of the TurboTax Business Windows software from a third-party seller is valid, and compatible with TurboTax Business states, by checking that it appears online in your Intuit account:

1. Go to accounts-tax.intuit.com and log in with your email / credentials that you use for TurboTax
2. Check the box for stay logged in
3. Select Products & Billing > TurboTax > Licenses & Download
4. You should see TurboTax Business 2025 listed

If you cannot redeem your code online to make it appear as a software purchase in your Intuit account, you may not have made a compatible purchase, when compared to the authorized software vendor list.
