I'm not an expert but TurboTax (I use the Premier version) has a section in Wages and Income for "1099-MISC and Other Common Income" That's where I would add any 1099-MISC income. It doesn't matter where it came from, only that it's 1099-MISC income.
You have the option to report this as "Other Income" on your tax return.
Those three answers should classify this as "Other Income", which will appear on Line 8 on Form 1040.
