Does anyone know why 1099 NEC or Misc filing electronic is not available as of 1-28-2026 on TT home & Biz desktop?

Can you clarify your answer? Are you wanting to created Forms 1099-NEC & 1099-MISC to send to contractors and vendors, or are you wanting to enter Forms 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC that you received?

I ready created 1099s and ready to submit to IRS just like I did in the past. However, on the top menu "file" and "file electronically" the file already open but the "file electronically" is dim? I have "update software" and it is up-to-date. I saved a copy for my employees already. So, where should I click to submit it to IRS? Thank you for your reply.
