I filed self-employed for recycling I got a letter from IRS cp5071 I did not have no last year taxes cuz I never filed and I have no w-2s cat self-employed what do I do

If I got a letter from IRS cp5071 and I don't have taxes from last year never filed and I'm self-employed so I have no w-2s I can obviously prove my identity but now what

Follow the instructions on the letter. If you didn’t file last year you don’t have to submit anything for that year.
