The security of your account is very important to us and we want to make sure you’re the only person who has access.
To verify your identity, we send a code to your phone by using the billing information from your phone service provider. Your mobile number must be registered to your name and address for this to work.
We unfortunately can’t verify your identity by phone if:
- Your mobile phone is registered to your work.
- Your phone number is registered to a family plan.
- You’re using a landline.
- You’re using a prepaid phone, VoIP, or pay-as-you-go phone.
