    <description>&lt;P&gt;Capital One allows Mint to update your financial data only once every 24 hours. As a result, it can take up to 48 hours for cleared transactions to be available in Mint.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If one or more of your accounts haven't updated in over 24 hours, there may be an outage. You can check by typing&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;Capital One&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;in the above search bar.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your account isn't experiencing an outage and still isn’t connecting, try these fixes:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Check that your username and password are correct
  &lt;OL&gt;
   &lt;LI&gt;Open the Mint app,&amp;nbsp;select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Profile&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and then select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Accounts&lt;/STRONG&gt;.
