Turbotax is frustratingly slow on Mac Mini with M3

Last year turbotax 2023 took days to finish. I had hoped 2024 would be back up to speed but

I'm wrong! It took over an hour to input my 2023 files, then another 30 minutes to get ready to begin, and now I'm waiting for it to finish saving the 2024 files.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH TURBOTAX!!!!!

For optimum performance of your TurboTax software, it must be installed on a Windows operating system. TurboTax Canada system requirements are available on this link under System requirements (see screenshot).

Then why do you sell it for "MAC" when it is essentially inoperable on MACs? This is very misleading advertising. You claim "TurboTax Home & Business 2024 Tax Software, Federal & State Tax Return [PC/MAC Download] but it essentially inoperable on MACs.

Fortunately I have a pc and it runs normally there. But on Mac each simple step takes 1/2 to 1 hour to complete.

Please pass this admonition up to your superiors. Do they not see they are setting intuit up for a Class Action Lawsuit?

TurboTax Home & Business 2024 Tax Software, Federal & State Tax Return [PC/MAC Download] is a US product, and it is not a software available in Canada. If you prepare a US tax return, please contact US product support or post in US Community.
