      <description>&lt;P&gt;Update.&amp;nbsp; I found the code.&amp;nbsp; I thought I bought it at the warehouse, but I bought it online.&amp;nbsp; However I have a new issue... I ge this message:&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;"All available activations for that code have been used.Error code: 603"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure how many installs I get, but there is one on the laptop I mentioned, and one use for a PC I had to rebuild with a new HD, which is where I am trying to install now but get the message above.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a place I can go to deactivate it on that broken PC??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I eventually resolved it by contacting them via twitter.&amp;nbsp; I will say this.&amp;nbsp; The licensing model is archaic.&amp;nbsp; Owners of the software should be either able to install in as many times as they wish, or allow you to deactive an install from a portal.&amp;nbsp; Furthermore, you should be able to see where your software is installed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They told me I had used 3 installs.&amp;nbsp; Which is 100% not true.&amp;nbsp; I asked for a list of where they are installed so to deactive the rogue ones.&amp;nbsp; They couldn't or wouldn't supply a list.&amp;nbsp; Instead they sent me a new key.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Over the course of 6-7 years its is very possible to change PC's more than 3 times.&amp;nbsp; Especially if you have a winter home and a summer home like I do.&amp;nbsp; I need the product installed in 2 locations for that reason alone.&amp;nbsp; Its pretty easy to conceive a situation where a PC in one of those locations goes sideways in that timeframe.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, issue is resolved for now but I am disappointed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a similar problem (maybe). The confirmation that I received from Costco&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;came from this address -&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Admin.NoReply [at] esd.synnex[dot]com.
