As to your question, if the battery costs $15,000 then you would receive a 30% credit ($4,500) toward your tax liability. If you are unable to use all of the $4,500 in the year you bought the battery, then you can carry it forward to future years.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
