      <description>&lt;P&gt;I spent $21,000 on all new energy efficient windows on our house in October 2021.&amp;nbsp; I got basically nothing as far as a tax break on that.&amp;nbsp; Can I claim them this next go with the new tax breaks?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The reason I didn't bother claiming them for the 2020 tax season in January 2021 is because the credit was $200 and made zero difference and I would have had to take the standard deduction anyway.&amp;nbsp; If I file an amended 2021 return, am I still only going to get the $200 tax credit for the $21k worth of new energy efficient windows?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
