      <title>1099-NEC</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a Volunteer Fireman. Last year I received about $14K for a stipend on a 1099-misc and paid no taxes. We went on some Fires this year and the income was $29K. I received a 1099-NEC, I'm not an employee and don't own a business, and now the taxes are $4.7k. How can I get these taxes changed to a 1099-misc, I don't have any write offs for a business. Help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
