      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since you have tried several times to clear the error close your TurboTax,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;then clear your Cache and Cookies.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your browser stores recently visited webpages as temporary files in a cache, which enables the pages to load more quickly when revisited.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However, a full or corrupted cache can cause problems in TurboTax, so sometimes you need to clear your cache (that is, remove these temporary files).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Instructions for the most popular browsers are in the link below:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;Sign in and open a section of your return.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;From the menu, select State and then select Continue on the Let's get your state taxes done right screen.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;On the Status of your state returns screen, select Delete next to your state, then answer Yes.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To add your State again please click on the link below for instructions:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;How to add a State&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Sign in to TurboTax.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Now select Add a state (this reopens your return) ...&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select State from the left menu.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;On the Let's get your state taxes done right screen, select Continue and follow the instructions.&lt;/LI&gt;

On a Mac, simply quit and reopen TurboTax. If there are any updates, you'll be prompted to download them.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:hsl(0, 0%, 0%);font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;"&gt;Select the return you want to delete and select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Remove&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Choose&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Yes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;to confirm&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:hsl(0, 0%, 0%);font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;"&gt;If you want to start a new state return, select the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Step-by-Step&lt;/STRONG&gt; icon and then select the &lt;STRONG&gt;State Taxes&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
