A Domestic OKLA Real Estate S-Corp had only one transaction in 2022 in CA. In previous years, revenue was all from Oklahoma transactions. This 2022 CA transaction was a break-even deal however with other expenses throughout the year I have a net loss for the 2022 year. Am I correct I would just file one S-Corp form for CA (which is Form 100S in CA) and therefore no OK S-Corp filing this year?
