If I created a Sole Proprietorship using a fictitious business name and EIN, do I need to file two different tax returns? One for my personal SS# and one for the EIN#?

No, not if they are in reality the same business. Choose one or the other. Most likely, unless you have employees, you do not need an LLC.

I received unemployment from the PUA due to Covid under my personal Social Security number. I also made money under my EIN. Do I need to file separate tax returns or is there a way to combine the incomes?

If your business is self employment or sole proprietor or a Single Member LLC it is a disregarded entity and you file it on Schedule C in your personal tax return. You can have a EIN for it.

If you have a Single Member LLC that is a S Corp you need to file a separate 1120S business return for it.

You can enter Schedule C Income into Online Deluxe or Premier but if you have any expenses you will have to upgrade to the Self Employed version or use any of the Desktop CD/Download programs.

How to enter self employment income

https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/self-employed/help/how-do-i-report-income-from-self-employment/00/26653

I only earned unemployment from PUA under my personal SS#. But I also earned money under my EIN after the PUA ended. Do I need to file two different taxes? One under the personal SS# which is just the PUA income, and another under the EIN?

Did you read the answers above? You keep repeating the same question. I'll assume you are not an S Corp.

Yes you file all your income, both of them, on your personal tax return using your ssn. You will enter your EIN on Schedule C . It is included in your personal return.
