If there is a profit motive, than you are engaged in a <STRONG>self employed enterprise</STRONG>. This means that each of you will need to<STRONG> keep separate records of income and expenses</STRONG>. You will, indeed have two separate businesses and you will have a schedule C for you and your husband.
