How do I enter my student loan 1099-MISC?

It's not income; I don't really know why i got it. Now I'm on a tirade of questions about what kind of income this is.

Student loan payments are not entered on a tax return. Interest paid on a student loan is reported on a tax return using Form 1098-E.

Why did you receive a Form 1099-MISC? Who is the Payer?

I hate to join the tirade of questions but what is this for? A 1099-MISC isn't issued for money that you have to pay back. It's issued for money that is paid or given to you. Is this a grant or a scholarship?
