    <description>If you are not making quarterly payments then yes they are. If you were not working another job and did not pay you would owe all that at the end of year. I did that one year even had little extra taken out my paycheck for both federal and state. At the end of the year when I filed we got a little back it was like less the. $100. But we did not pay any taxes in our earned income from our business a year. If your business takes off I would try sending in the payments. You do not want to have a lot to owe and little time to pay.</description>
