TurboTax 2024 will not launch.

Have downloaded (& uninstalled) software for Windows several times. The icon appears on the desktop but program will not launch. I ran computer diagnostics and the just-downloaded file appears to be an old (Windows 8 or older).

Yes. Windows 11. >6GB hard drive available; >7GB virtual available; monitors exceed minimuns
