Hello, my file was rejected because If form 1040, is marked as spouse claimed as a dependent, but she is not my dependent, how can I modify that? I want to file as a married but separately, since her father claims her.

To change your Marital status follow the steps below.

Open TurboTax.
"Pick up where I left off."
My Info. > Martial status >Edit.

So I did that, but I still get the error

“F1040-461 - If Form 1040, 'SpouseClaimAsDependentInd' is checked”. How do I change that? Because we are married, but filing separately.

After checking to be certain your filing status is Married Filing Separate, you need to Edit the information entered for your spouse. That is where you will find the follow-up question related to someone being able to claim her as a dependent.
