topic Amended Return in Self employed

I realized that I forgot to include my 1095A with my tax return. I buy off the marketplace because I am self employed. I mailed my federal and state taxes this morning and sent a check for payment. I realized this afternoon that I had made the error. I did the "amend return" but on the federal taxes is shows I owe a random amount that does not match anything. I owed $4,066 before and now it says I owe $2,610.00 and the top page of the federal tax paperwork but on the amended paperwork it shows I am due a refund of $251.00. It is not showing on the amended return the amount of $4,066 that was required with the original filing. The $4,066 is what I sent in the mail earlier today. How to I fix this. I want to mail the amended return this week. It shows my new total tax should be $3,926. On line 16 of the 1040-X it shows that it is showing that my original payment was for $1,316 and it was for $4,066. What do I do? Do I just mail this with no check and they will credit the difference back to me in a check even thought it shows I owe? Why does turbo tax not recognize the original owed amount?
