Rejected stimulus

Per a turbo tax last evening via phone call, my stimulus was rejected and automatically sent back to irs. However, my account transcripts on my irs account does not reflect this. How can I claim the rebate 1040 form if it looks as though i received it? Also, your program only recognizes the first stimulus total. How do I resolve this?

Note - The 2nd stimulus payment has not yet been included in the calculations for the Recovery Rebate Credit due to the IRS not yet finalizing the calculations on the Form 1040. The Form 1040 is scheduled to be updated sometime today, 01/07/2021. Although this is subject to change.
