Stimulus package- direct deposit

My Boyfriend is on SSI and used the IRS to get my payment portal to update DD information its states he is eligible and will update the page when he has a date but he still hasn't received date and it's been saying the same thing for 3 weeks now. Has anyone in this same situation received a date yet? Please Help

If the Get My Payment portal says that your boyfriend is eligible for the stimulus payment and he has updated his direct deposit information, he will receive the deposit confirmation when the IRS has processed his payment. It may take 3 to 4 weeks. Please be patient.

@MinhT1 So I called the IRS trying to talk to representative and she told me the check is still at the IRS because they thought it was fraud due to the bank rejecting to many times the first time. But after they rejected it he was able to go on to the get my payment portal and provide his current bank information now it states he is eligible once they have a date they will update the page it’s been saying that for 3 weeks now. My question is will he still receive his stimulus check?

@MinhT1 I keep trying to call the IRS put they just keep sending me to a automatic recording. I’m just trying to figure out will he still receive his payment ?

Yes, he will receive the payment. Keep checking the website. It may come by check or you may receive it on a prepaid debit card, but they will send it. The phone lines are very limited right now due to COVID, but please be patient.

How do I set it up
