    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried for 2 days to get ahold of an actual live person with turbo tax with no success. &amp;nbsp;My bank account was charged $43.19 in November and we did not authorize that charge. &amp;nbsp;We only use turbo tax on occasion (this means I use other services some years) only to do our personal taxes. &amp;nbsp;We do not use turbo tax for any other purposes. &amp;nbsp;Getting a little tired of the run around. &amp;nbsp;Of course I have received multiple links with information on how to remove unwanted charges but that if for when one has signed up with turbo tax services of some type. &amp;nbsp;We do not fall into that category. &amp;nbsp;This is a fraudulent charge and I want it dealt with!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words&lt;STRONG&gt; billing issues&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;U&gt;do Not&lt;/U&gt; use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;On the contact website&lt;STRONG&gt; Edit&lt;/STRONG&gt; the product to CD/Download and the edition to Deluxe.&amp;nbsp; On the following screen enter your personal information and then click on the blue button labeled &lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Get Phone Number&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like you are signed up for the Advantage auto renew plan. &amp;nbsp;You need to cancel that so you don't get charged again next year.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;You can sign into your Turbo Tax Advantage account and under Your Product, select to Remove Product.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Once you remove the recurring product order, the Turbo Tax Advantage subscription will be cancelled as well.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;have you contacted your bank to state it's fraudulent?&amp;nbsp; they should be able to reverse the charge.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then, be sure to get on to your advantage account and stop the auto billing each year.&amp;nbsp; They do send out letters and emails in September to give you a 'heads up' that they will charge you in November&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They also did this to me for $63.86, its some bull crap. Intuit also bears some responsibitlity since there name is also on the charge. I will never use Quickbooks ever again. This is irresponsible and stupid.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried that bu they want me to put my credit card where they can charge me again. I dont thinks so, they should be able to look it up with just the email and my name.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
