You say your income tax refund was offset for child support. If you still owe more back child support your stimulus check was seized for the child support. People who owe back child support do not receive stimulus checks. As for how long it takes to get to the parent the support is owed to, that process is unknown by TurboTax---TT has nothing to do with that. It may depend on the agency that enforces the child support order.

Then where is the confirmation letter from the IRS saying that it was still taken because they have to send it... And why hasn't the child support gotten the payment? I received the payment confirmation letter from the IRS saying that it was deposited into my account now I called the child support office they froze my account because it would be an overpayment I have records that were sent to me proving that the IRS did not intercept and they haven't got anything!

@naomi9081 TurboTax NEVER knows about offsets to your refund, whether it is for back taxes, student loans or child support. TT does not know if the IRS took your refund. You said they took it. When the IRS (or state) offsets a refund, the letter comes a few weeks later. Your only source of information about this is going to be the IRS and/or the agency that may have put in an order to offset your refund for child support. You can check with the Bureau of Fiscal Services -- if you have not already done so.
