I don’t get how I got my notification saying my card was loaded with 1,700 on April 14 and still got nothing. But I file my tax for 2018/2019. So I wanted to know where’s my money?.

you should shortly receive a letter from the IRS explaining what they did

did you call the Bank?

who did the letter come from?

check the portal and confirm which bank account number was used:

I called Turbo and they told me to call Green Dot Bank. And I haven’t receive any letter.

IRS FAQ:

a letter about the Payment will be mailed to each recipient’s last known address within 15 days after the Payment is made. The letter will provide information on how the Payment was made and how to report any failure to receive the Payment.
