I filed my 2018 and 2019 through a paid TurboTax edition. I did direct deposit and paid the fees separately so the IRS should have had my direct deposit info. I still have not gotten my stimulus payment and would love to know what is going on. I know that the news has said if you got your fees taken out of the refund, this is happening but that is not my situation.

No, I got a refund for both years and I chose direct deposit. I paid the Turbo Tax fees separately on my credit card as well. In fact, I just got my 2019 refund on April 10th from the IRS direct deposited into my account. None of the explanations out there have really covered this situation.

***UPDATE***

The IRS Get My Payment tool is now showing that I will be getting my check on Tuesday, April 22 via direct deposit. Today is the first day that it actually gave a payment status. Hope all of you that haven't gotten your checks yet get yours this coming week as well!
