It means you already filed a return when you enter your 1099-INT. So when you then again filed on the non-filers port, it was rejected because the IRS already had a return for you.

You stated a TIN, you have to have a SSN to qualify for the stimulus check.

Stimulus payment error

I filed a form 1099 int form for stimulus check as suggested earlier before irs open non filers port. I followed instructions on how file out for stimulus payment I included direct deposit info. Irs accepted. Then 5 days after I filed irs opened non filers port. I thought I needed to use this port since I didn't receive my payment deposit and the payment info say information not available. I file through port. That was rejected saying

Taxpayer TIN in the Return Header must not be the same as a TIN of a previously accepted electronic return for the return type and tax period indicated in the tax return.

Additional Information:

/efile:Return/efile:ReturnHeader/efile:Filer/efile:PrimarySSN

What does this mean ? As of today I still haven't received any deposit or any other info

OK, the error is still because you filed two returns with your SSN. You can just ignore the rejected return.
