So, I get my federal and state loaded on to the Turbo Card, but when I go to the “Get My Payment” link on the IRS’s website it says I need to give my direct deposit info, why if Turbo Tax already gave it to them for my returns?

I'd put your desired information in the IRS site just to be safe. It's my best estimate that if the IRS had your Turbo Card information, it'd be on that site you filled out.

So here is the deal. Stimulus checks are not going on the turbo tax debit card, even though turbo tax said it would. You need to go on the portal and put in a new account to get the stimulus check. keep trying. you might get error messages but eventually you will get through.. I am never using turbo tax again.
