If you have not filed your 2019 tax return, yet, and your AGI is under the $75K threshold for a person filing single, however the AGI on your filed 2018 tax return exceeds the $75K threshold for a single filer, are you still eligible to receive a stimulus check?

No, you would not be eligible for the stimulus payment. You should file your 2019 income tax return so that you would be eligible.
