So I am in a confusing situation. I already filed my taxes for 2019 as a dependent but at the age of 24. I know my parents don’t get a deduction for that but they have yet to file their 2019 taxes. They claimed me in 2018 while I was 23. Will I still receive a stimulus check?

If you filed your 2019 tax return and marked that you could be claimed as a dependent on someone else's return you will not be eligible for a stimulus payment. You have two choices. 1. You can amend your return to correct that indication on your original return and once that processes become eligible for a stimulus payment this year. 2. Wait until filing your 2020 return and correctly indicate you are not a dependent and get the credit on next years return.
