Turbo Tax Debit Card Stimulus Relief

For those of us who got our refunds deposited into the Turbo Tax Debit Card, will the stimulus relief money also be deposited into that same card? And if so, when? If not, is there a way to update banking info so we don’t have to wait for a paper check. We can not wait any longer for this money and I’m sick of not seeing a straightforward answer from Turbo Tax. If people have already started to receive their money, how do you still not have an answer?

I know of a few people with turbo cards who got notifications for pending deposit for 4/15..but what about the rest of us I had my 2018 refund put on my turbo card..didnt file for 2019, but green dot and turbo tax y'all gotta understand these are tough times..we are just asking for a little communication..email us ..it what put a lot of people stress at ease..but either way god bless hope everyone safe and healthy

we are supposed to recieve stimulus checks on turbo card....as long as thats what you used to file with and got refunds on then you will deff get your stimulus on it as well

@kazlm5211 is there an article on TurboTax supporting that? I see many people recieving notifications, but nothing from TurboTax (other than reps) claiming this is accurate?

We have not yet received confirmation from the IRS on whether they will be putting stimulus payments on prepaid debit cards. However, we have noticed that the IRS has started depositing stimulus payments on some prepaid debit cards for taxpayers that chose to receive their refund through that method in tax year 2019 or 2018. If you received your refund on a prepaid debit card in tax year 2018 or 2019, here is what you need to know:

I have access to my debit card: If you have access to your debit card (most people), there is nothing more you need to do. If the IRS deposits a stimulus payment onto your prepaid debit card, you will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit.
I don’t have access to my debit card: If you received a notification that you will be receiving your stimulus payment from the IRS on your prepaid debit card and no longer have access to it, we will have information coming shortly. We encourage you to visit this site, where we are continually updating with the latest information and guidance. We know everyone is anxious to get their stimulus money and we are committed to helping our customers get access to their stimulus payment as fast as possible.

yes but i cant post it i tried that already...just go to google type in will my stimulus check be put onto my turbo card and one of them is accurate from.governement and irs stating it will come on same way you filed taxes for the year
