My stimulus check was supposed to be mailed on April 9th but I still haven’t received it. The checks were meant to be sent out in March which is when I did my taxes, but then I didn’t receive my check. Will they use last year’s address to mail, or will they use the updated address? It varies for me greatly as I’ve left the United States. so will they send to the new address even though it’s a foreign country? Will they send another check if I don’t receive the one that is said to have already been mailed if I can’t receive that check?

would appreciate any advice. Thank you.

It depends, if they had processed the 2020 tax return which address the IRS used. If you do not receive the check after 9 weeks, then you need to request a trace and they will issue a new check. Please see How do I request a payment trace to track my third Economic Impact Payments?
