IRS sight says there are two 3rd party vendors one can use to pay a tax balance due with eFiing but Turbo Tax just has one, the more expensive one. How can i use payusatax.com vendor to pay my taxes due while filing with TurboTax. Payusatax.com charges less than 2.49% as yours does.

You can pay the taxes owed using Payusatax.com .

In TurboTax just select that you will pay the taxes owed by mailing a check. Complete and e-file the tax return and just do not send a check.
