I have been trying to sync my card with a payday advance app. They use Plaid to retrieve your financial data and asks for your credentials for my Green dot prepaid card to sync my debit card. But every time I enter my credentials it says that they're wrong. I assume my credentials are my user id and password but they're saying its wrong. Is my user id and password the right ones if not what are my credentials or where do I find them at????

You need to contact the credit card company and ask them what their requirements are.

We can't help you on this forum with your turbotax money card. Once you have the card, you have to talk to the bank directly. There should be a contact number printed on the card of check their web site.
