When i was submitting my tax returns, the charge for my state of 25 and the audit fee of 60, total 85 would not permit me to continue to submit my taxes. I tried a couple times, but the submit button would not activate for me to click. So i went back and had them deduct the 85 plus a 40 fee from my refund. But now i see from an email that the 85 was charges to my cc. Can i get it refunded?

I could not use the state e=file after I paid for it. How do I get my refund?
