Lost intuit tax card

I lost my 2019 intuit tax return card. I have 3 other cards ending in 3925, 2575, 9557. So it's not one of those. My return was 4,733 I think I used the card 2 times. Not sure. Please provide me with instructions to obtain a new card.

I tried to create an online account to report that I never received my card but to do that you have to enter the card number. How can I enter the number for a card that I never received?
