      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue. I had to call them and they are sending out a replacement card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you call that number how do you talk to a live person?&amp;nbsp; I've gone through the menu and there is no option to talk to someone that I've found even though when you first call the recording says they are very busy and wait times are long, which indicates that they do have support people answering calls.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
