On the IRS page get my refund it states my funds were deposited into the account but I do not see anything. I've been trying to contact for days with no one available to help. How can I get answers or help explaining what has happened. The irs site clearly states it it as sent to the card and bank turbotax provided so where is the money

suggestions

1) get on the Greendot.com web site and see if there is a transaction there

2) it is possible the payment 'bounced' and in that case the IRS will be sending a paper check

you should get a letter from the IRS within two weeks of the payment being sent.
