    <description>&lt;P&gt;Well this has been a disaster.&amp;nbsp; I am unable to use the app because it does not work, the server can not be reached to look online and the phone line just hangs up on you.&amp;nbsp; This really needs to be fixed.&amp;nbsp; I will not be getting this card again.&amp;nbsp; I understand that this is a special circumstance, and it is new to everyone.&amp;nbsp; But it has been known for weeks that this was coming in, and I feel nothing was done to prepare for it, but I received a bill still from you guys.&amp;nbsp; So obviously that part is working just great still.&amp;nbsp; Something needs to be done so people can check their balance and activate it, I feel like I am dealing with health insurance when trying to access my own card.&amp;nbsp; Sure you&amp;nbsp; can but good luck getting through.&amp;nbsp; This is silly&lt;/P&gt;</description>
